Warranty Policy

Most products sold by ScagPartsGT.com have a manufacturer warranty.  Please be aware that warranties from defect are provided strictly through the manufacturer.  If your part is eligible for a warranty claim, our customer service staff will get information from you to process your claim and will provide instructions for you to be able to return the defective part. If you believe you have a defective product please contact us so we can assist you.

If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under manufacturer warranty. Please contact us to assist you in finding the nearest authorized service center to assist you.
